Information we collect
When you submit a free estimate request on this website, we collect the information you choose to provide:
- Contact details: your full name, phone number, and email address.
- Project location: your project address or ZIP code.
- Project details: the service you're requesting, your desired timing, and your project description.
- Photos: up to two optional project photos you upload.
Our website host may also automatically record basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, and the time of your request, to deliver the site, keep it secure, and filter spam.
How we use your information
- To review your request and contact you about your project by phone, text, or email.
- To prepare your estimate and schedule service visits.
- To confirm that your project is within our Colorado service area.
- To keep records of the work we quote and perform.
- To protect our website and team from spam and abuse.
We do not use your information for unrelated marketing without your permission, and we never sell or rent your personal information.
How your information is stored and shared
Estimate requests are submitted securely over HTTPS and processed by our website hosting provider, Netlify, which stores form submissions and uploaded photos on our behalf. Submissions may be screened by automated spam filtering services. We share your information only with people and providers who help us respond to your request or complete your project, or when required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests only as long as needed to respond, complete your project, and meet legitimate business or legal record-keeping needs. After that, we delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you've submitted at any time. Contact us at [email protected] or (303) 472-3535 and we'll respond promptly.
Photos
Please upload only photos of the project area. Avoid photos that show people, documents, or other sensitive information. We use your photos only to understand and estimate your project.
